We had a wonderful lunch. Great food and service. They also have a breakfast buffet that is excellent.
Nous avons pas essayé l’hôtel. Mais nous avons été au restaurant pour un repas le soir plus un petit déjeuner le lendemain. C’était très bon portions correct le service et assez rapide et très respectueux. Je recommande pour un passage dans le coin .
This is such a gorgeous hotel. The design really makes you feel like you are living in a Mayan house. The owners and staff are very attentive and they treat you like family. Not to mention the food is amazing! Definitely worth a stay!
We stayed for 3 nights and we enjoyed every single one of them ! Being in the pool in the middle of all the mayan cabins was an incredible experience ! All of the staff were very attentive and I will definitely be returning via the Tren Maya !
What a wonderful stay we had at Kocai. This place far exceeds what you see in pictures in terms of experience. The seven buildings are arranged beautifully around a large pool. There is an outdoor area to enjoy and the whole place is enclosed by a wall for a safe and comfortable environment. The insides of the rooms are really nicely done. The construction of the roof is exposed and it is done in the Mayan style, really a work of art more than a structure. There are mosquito nets over the bed and there was also a hammock in our room. Some people have talked about the walk to the center being long but we found it comfortable, and we enjoyed removing ourselves from the noise of the town. Kocai is more a small resort than a hotel and is well worth the price if you are looking to see something a little different from cookie cutter in your experience.
Excelente trato y servicio. Las instalaciones muy acogedoras y en excelentes condiciones. Zona muy tranquila y a la vez muy cerca. El desayuno ¡delicioso! Pero, de verdad, lo mejor es la atención.
